AMP Instance Manager Crashes with Unhandled Exception

I tried to open the AMP Instance Manager this evening to create a new instance but it's now crashing, no window opens or any error messages shows on the desktop. It does write an error to the Event Log which is below.

I reinstalled the AMP Instance Manager, rebooted and it did not resolve the issue.

Run its setup in repair mode then reboot the system.
