How can I get the Spigot Plugins to work?

So I've been using AMP for a while and suddenly went - "Hey, hey, hey! I can add Plugins!" So I clicked the beautiful Spigot Plugins button (this is a Minecraft server) and searched up everything I wanted for my server! I restarted it and... guess what!? Nothing! In the plugins there is a bit that says: Installed. Now unless it's a spigot account thing then understandable. On Discord I was advised to check the logs, so I did. There was stuff there... (I'll insert a photo below). So I went back onto the server and I did /help and it came up with some commands I hadn't seen before.... HOWEVER my problem is, is I have no clue what is what anymore... I just need some guidance on how to do this without blindly clicking a button (because for a lot of the plugins I chose, there are some coding things and I can't access it using AMP) or am I just being really stupid and there's actually a neon button that I've ignored?

Thanks! Meowzer (Because cats are cool)

Side note: Can't attach picture - why does it have to be so complicated?

Hold on - I just used some common sense... Still I'd like some advice

Have you selected the Spigot server type and hit install?

Ummmmm

I literally am new to plugins. I have no clue

How do I do that? Because Bukkit sounds fun. Buckets are great! My favourite is Ice Cream Bucket

It's under the Server Configuration. If you type "Spigot" in the top right search bar it'll tell you where in the configuration it is.

Ok I'll do that now... I swear this server has something against me - it won't search

If I go into file manager, it says: spigot-1.12.2 and craftbukkit-1.12.2

FOUND IT!!! Server type is official - but there are more options

So I fiddled a bit, CraftBukkit and Spigot - and the server wouldn't start. I checked the logs and decided to change it back to official to see if that would work. Nothing. Do I need to change it to Bukkit and then create a new world? Change the server?

Thanks

You need to use the Spigot option to use Spigot plugins.

Ok, it's working (I think!) does spigot support the latest update?
