Steps to reproduce: I got a free laptop from my college but it is the lowest spec machine I have ever had so I figured I would throw a minecraft server on it and stick it somewhere out of the way and forget about it. I did the initial setup on the computer and it did not have JAVA so I install it and it does not have the correct path so I figured that if I restart the machine it will fix its self as it usually does with java. Windows decides to update and when I get back to the desktop and try to start the server again I get the above error message. Google is not being helpfull as I may now be to far down the rabbit hole to see light.
