Hi, i just installed/configured a generic instance for terraria today and i have the same issue. It seems that the "exit" string is not sent to the console either (unable to save and stop the server). i don't know if it's related or not.

Yeah that is the same issue that I am having because of this I am unable to use AMP for my Terraria server and had to revert back to standard console managing until I have a solution.

This issue also exists in Amp version 1.9.9.10, which has an initial built-in module for Terraria. Console does not respond to any commands (e.g. "help").

It also does not abort properly. When trying to Abort, it winds up restarting instead. (and worse, AMP makes it look like it is not running and provides options to "Start" and "Update").
