OS Name/Version:Microsoft Windows 10 Professional

Problem Description: Create instance is not created in the instance manager

Your instance ID and licence key are not the same thing. Your licence key is not visible once entered.

Is your system language set to Korean perchance? There's a known bug where the 'Create Instance' button isn't visible if the system language is Korean.

It is the same symptom even if the system language is changed. I will try again after deleting all of them.

Can you try another browser or device?

Thanks for any help. It seems that there was a problem due to the language of the browser. You can use it by reinstalling the browser in English.

Regardless of the system language, it does not seem to work due to a browser language problem. The system is in Korean and only the browser is installed in English, so it can be used without any problems.
