Hey there,

I can use the Java.Path configuration to give AMP a specific version of Java to run the MC jar file with, however when I attempt to use the update option, I receive an error message that Java is not a part of the PATH (assuming system path).

I do not like to install java on the server itself, I use java in a "portable" fashion for things like Minecraft. This method worked in past versions (using the Java.Path in Minecraft.kvp for both launching the game and running the various tasks [ie update] from the control panel).

Thanks, DPD

No problem, I've updated the search pattern to always try using the user provided path regardless of why it needs to invoke Java.

Awesome, thanks! This makes things a lot easier.

Since MC breaks with some newer versions of Java, I don't like having a OS-Wide security vulnerability on the system and would rather compartmentalize it as much as possible. I understand that this is a preference of mine and I appreciate the help!
