Hello,
Since the new update, I don't see any more "Use system default java" or "Custom java" just the java versions from /usr/lib/jvm/ path and I have to edit it manually from MinecraftModule.kvp in order to point it to the custom path.
Usual installation of Oracle java, put the java inside /usr/java/jdk-version/bin/java
