Problem with compiling Spigot server jar

Tried changing my Minecraft server from vanilla to Spigot today but can't seem to get it to compile the server jar. The only error that shows up on the status site is "Unable to start server. The update manager reported a successful update, but ./Minecraft/spigot.jar is missing." Any known fixes for this?

Check the buildtools logs, see if there's any issues. Make sure if you're on Windows that the datastore isn't located in an Administrators AppData directory.

I'm running windows yes! But can't seem to find any datastore in AppData. The log show this: "

Something did not apply cleanly to Spigot-API.
Please review above details and finish the apply then

If this does not resolve your issue then please pastebin the entire BuildTools.log.txt file when seeking support.

It's a bug in buildtools then, you should give that log to the Spigot guys and ask what's up.

Ah, then I'll do that! Thanks!

For future use. The problem with me was that I had installed 64-bit Git. Removed and installed 32-bit and Spigot compiled succesfully!
