Re-add Target to Controller?

Hello,

Due to some recent issues, I had to reinstall the Main controller instance, and now the additional Target instances are not shown anymore.

Is there any possibility to re-add the target ADS to Controller ADS without reinstalling the target and going through the installation again?

Important thing is that AMP instances on target are not touched.

Easiest way is probably to just remove ADSModule.kvp from the ADS instance for the target. When you start it up again it'll run through the first-time wizard again without touching its existing instances and register itself on the controller.
