Please can I request you refund my licence, I have tried emailing you multiple times @ email@example.com with you replies (been trying to a month) since opened a dispute with paypal and you claim I have not requested support, with you guys ignoring my emails! - The software does not work for me on a linux machine, with the few months on anval and no use for the licence, I find it unfair on your part to not refund the product, email is : EDITED - paypal tid is - EDITED

I've edited your post as you posted personal details publicly.
firstname.lastname@example.org doesn't exist, never has and isn't mentioned anywhere - this support board is where you request support. It's where you're linked to if you click "Support" on the CubeCoders site, it's the link listed inside AMP and the same link shown inside the terms of sale as the place you're required to make support requests.
Since you created a dispute before creating a support post your request will be denied. You should have an email explaining what happens next.

Bare in mind that you may have to close the dispute to avoid losing your licence and you'll need to reply to the email saying that you'd like to try and request support to resolve the issue so your licence can be re-activated (disputes result in automatic licence suspension as an anti-fraud measure)
How would I get the licence unsuspended, since your email I closed the dispute due to clearly me assuming a support email was stupid..
