Roles in Role Manager disappeared after Update to 2.0.9.0

Like the title say.

After update to the latest Version AMP Release "Europa" v2.0.9, built 04/01/2021 22:03

My Roles disappeared and i cant create a new one. If i try it, then nothing happens. Same goes for the User Menu. The Users are showing and i can click them, but if i want to change the permissions all are showing with grey X and i cant set something.

Is there a fix for that? I have full access to the System since im using my own Hardware and manage instances over http 8080 The repair option in the installer didnt work.
